Enhanced Quotes
BEST Direct Web supports real-time quotes for all GLOBEX, e-CBOT contracts, single stock futures and E-Mini NY energy contracts.
You can also click on the “Popup Streaming Quotes Window” to popup a new streaming quotes window and leave the main browser for placing orders and checking on your account status.
Depth of market is also available for all GLOBEX, e-CBOT contracts, single stock futures and E-Mini NY energy contracts. The depth of market feature shows the current bid and ask and the quantity of the bid and ask at that price.
Real-time Charting
Streaming real-time charts are now available for GLOBEX, e-CBOT and Mini NY energy contracts.
BEST Charts remain active on your desktop even after you close the BEST Direct Web program.
Reliability
Multiple exchange connections give BEST Direct Web enhanced redundancy.
Account Status
Continually updated Account Status with streaming real-time P/L.
Custom Symbols
When you select a commodity from the commodity drop-down menu of the order placement screen, you will see that BEST Direct Web is set up so that you will view all available contracts in the commodity list. You can customized the commodity list, however, to just show the commodities that you are interested in.
To customize the commodity list, go to the setup page and you will see the table as below.
Under the All Commodities, select the commodity that you wanted to be added to Custom Symbol List and click the right arrow key (
). If you make an error or wanted to remove a commodity in the Custom Symbol List, select the commodity to be removed and click on the left arrow key (
).
